When is NGC updating?

We are scheduled for v2 go live on the 1st of November

I just ordered my product, how come I have not received it yet? (Only for v2)

For first time buyers, we need to verify payment details for security purposes. This should only take from 5 minutes to 2 hours at the most, and will only be a once off for the first purchase.

Orders after verification will be sent to you instantly or within 30 minutes depending on your preferred method of delivery

Can I refund my code if I changed my mind?

Sorry, we do not do refunds on any purchased codes once they have been sent to you.

This is to preserve the integrity of the codes and to ensure safety for all of our buyers

If you wish for a refund before the codes has been sent, please contact us immediately, though you may be charged for all related fees.

How do I purchase your products with ingame currency?

Please get in contact with our sales team or contact us via IM. The details can be found under "contact us"

We will negotiate a meeting place and time to trade ingame, after the trade is done, the code will be sent to you via your preferred delivery method.

Currently we are only accepting Dragon Nest (US) currency. The rate is 4.5k gold for a $10 card.

Purchasing NX with Ultimate Game Cards

  1. Log onto Nexon
  2. Click on get NX
  3. Click Purchase NX
  4. Click the PayByCash option which should be the third option down
  5. You can redeem either $10, $30 or $100, click on one of these and click proceed
  6. Put in the email address you are logged in as under Nexon, confirm email again in the box below. Pin will need to be left blank, click add card
  7. Click confirm. You will now receive NX under your account. It may take 1 minute for it to update.

Tips & Hints

Sometimes there may be cookie issues with your browser when claiming NX. To avoid these issues, please regard the following

Never click back on your browser after you have claimed NX

After you have claimed once and you wish to claim again, log out and back in and repeat steps again to ensure there will be no cookie issues when claiming the next card, as this may prevent you from getting the NX.

If you have 3 $10 cards, you can click on the $30 NX option and claim the 3 cards all at once. At step 6, after you add card click confirm, it will ask you for the next card, input the next card code then click confirm again. This also holds true with the $100 option.
